"I bought a workbook and I cannot find my download." Your download link is sent by email within a few minutes of purchase, and it is also on your order confirmation page. If it is not in your inbox, look in Promotions and Spam and search for "Therapy Workbook Press". Still nothing? Email us the address you used at checkout and we will resend the file directly. No proof of purchase needed beyond the email address.
"What format is it, and can I print it?" Every workbook is a PDF you download and keep. Print it at home, print the pages you want, or write in it on a tablet.
"Does the guarantee cover a digital file?" Yes. Sixty days. Read the workbook, use the tools, and if it has not been worth what you paid, email us and we refund you in full. You keep the file. We would rather you keep something useful than keep our money.
"Can I use these with my clients?" Yes, if you are a solo practitioner using them one to one with your own clients. That is included in the purchase price at no extra charge. For a group, a clinic, a training cohort, a school, or anything you plan to redistribute, write to us first so we can set up the right arrangement.
