Refund Policy

Our 60-Day Guarantee

We want these workbooks to genuinely help. If a purchase is not right for
you, email contact@TherapyWorkbookPress.com within 60 days of your order,
include your order number, and we will refund you in full. You do not need
to justify your request, though a short note about what did not fit helps
us make better resources.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually appear
within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

What the Guarantee Covers

The guarantee applies to any workbook, card deck, or bundle purchased
directly from TherapyWorkbookPress.com. Because our products are instant
digital downloads, we can honor one refunded order per customer. Purchases
made after a refund has been issued are final.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Requests made more than 60 days after purchase. Free items and bonuses,
which have no cash value. Practitioner and licensing purchases, which are
covered by their own agreement. Orders showing signs of misuse, such as
repeated purchase and refund cycles, bulk downloading, or sharing,
reselling, or redistributing our files. In cases of misuse we may decline
the refund and future orders.

Technical Issues

If a file will not download, arrives damaged, or the wrong item was
delivered, contact us first at contact@TherapyWorkbookPress.com with your
order number. We will repair or replace it promptly. If we cannot resolve
the issue on our end, we will refund you, even outside the 60-day window.

After a Refund

When an order is refunded, your license to use the files ends. All
materials remain the copyrighted work of Therapy Workbook Press and may
not be kept, printed, shared, or resold after a refund. We ask that you
delete all copies.

Delivery

Your download link arrives by email within minutes of purchase. If you do
not see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or email us with your
order number and we will make sure you receive your files.

Payment Disputes

If anything about a charge looks wrong, please contact us before opening
a dispute with your bank. We resolve issues faster than the dispute
process does. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks filed without
contacting us and to decline future orders where fraud is involved.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you hold under applicable
consumer protection law.
