Shipping and Delivery Policy

Therapy Workbook Press sells digital products only. Nothing ships and there is nothing to wait for. Here is how delivery works.

1. Delivery method

Every product sold on TherapyWorkbookPress.com is a digital file delivered by email. Once your payment completes, your download link appears on the thank you page and arrives in your inbox.

2. Delivery time

Within about a minute of purchase. If the email has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us at contact@TherapyWorkbookPress.com with your order number and we will make sure you receive your files.

3. Download limit

There is none. You can download your files as many times as you need, from the link in your confirmation email or from your account.

4. Formats

Files are PDFs supplied in both A4 and US Letter. They open on phone, tablet, or computer, and print at home. No app, subscription, or special software is required.

5. Refunds and returns

Every purchase is covered by our 60-Day Guarantee. If a purchase is not right for you, email contact@TherapyWorkbookPress.com within 60 days of your order, include your order number, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify your request, and there is nothing to ship back. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict with this page.

6. Lost or deleted files

If you lose access to a file you bought, email contact@TherapyWorkbookPress.com with your order number. We will verify your purchase and reissue your download link.

7. Updates and revisions

When a product you own is updated, you receive the new edition by email at no extra cost. One payment, lifetime access.

8. Support

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order.
